Our Company

Productive Scheduling Solutions is a software company specializing in web based scheduling systems for human resource deployment. These systems facilitate the creation of complex work schedules in organizations with a diverse and specialized workforce. Leveraging technology and advanced scheduling algorithms, the Anesthesia Call Accountant enables the administrator of an organization to easily and efficiently create, manage and track schedules while also allowing direct input from end users to optimize their flexibility and lifestyles.

Productive Scheduling Solutions was created to bring together the MTT Scheduling Systems' proven concept behind "The Anesthesia Call Accountant" and the technology and operations expertise of Productive Edge. Productive Scheduling Solutions has brought a new level of configurability, reliability, and usability to human resource management.

The original Anesthesia Call Accountant has been successful and widely used in anesthesia departments across the country since it was first introduced in 2005. The all-new system is now the standard for anesthesia groups using technology to productively create and manage their work force.

Our Management

Dr. Gary Magee, President
A graduate from the University of Illinois Medical School in Chicago, Dr. Gary Magee is certified from the American Board of Anesthesiology with added qualifications in Pain Management. In 1987 Dr. Magee founded a small anesthesia group in Barrington, IL. Dr. Magee has managed the work schedules for his practice as it grew to become a large cardiac and GI center providing clinical services to multiple locations. It was this experience that was the basis for the original Anesthesia Call Accountant.

Joel Livet, Chief Information Officer
Joel has been a developer of enterprise software for over 15 years with extensive experience in application development, reporting, networking, server/desktop and business operations. He has over 12 years of retail experience at Sears (business and technical), 3 years of experience at Microsoft, and 10 years at National Tire Wholesale. In his most recent position, as an IT Director for Sears Holdings, Joel applied his technical, hands-on leadership skills to lead development teams of more than 200 people with annual budgetary responsibility over $20 million. Joel is a graduate of the University of Texas, Austin with a BS in Architectural Engineering. In 2004, he was featured in Retail Information Systems News (RIS News) as one of the "Top 15 Up-and-Coming IT Executives". Joel currently resides in Chicago, Illinois.

Sean Slattery, Director of Product Development
Sean manages new product development for Productive Scheduling Solutions, and led the system redesign of the Anesthesia Call Accountant. Previously, Sean was General Manager of Sears' PartsDirect business, with a P&L statement that recently reached more than $200M in revenue. During his decade-long career at Sears, Sean attained an MBA from Northwestern University. He also holds a BS in computing from Eastern Illinois University.

Chris Musick, Product Manager
Chris recently joined Productive Scheduling Solutions. Chris was brought on to manage all aspects of Productive Scheduling Solutions from business development to client relations. Previously Chris acted as an account manager for PerkSpot, managing a roster of more than 150 clients. Chris has also performed market research and geographic analysis for the automotive industry, managed sales territories for NeoSynergy, an online advertising startup, and acted as a content editor for MotorAlley, a consumer facing automotive site. He earned his BA in Sociology from the University of Michigan.
